Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an ISIC card?
Recently the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) has begun to benefit U.S. students in Russia. Latest reports indicate that the ISIC brings reduced admission to some museums in St. Petersburg, as well as discounts at some stores in both of the major cities. However, the ISIC is generally less recognized in Russia than in Western Europe and probably will not bring you discounts on train tickets. For more information, visit http://www.isic.org.
