Will I have access to the Internet?

Vladimir, Moscow and St. Petersburg boast numerous Internet cafés that provide convenient and inexpensive access to e-mail and the web. New Internet cafés, e-mail centers, and Wi-Fi hotspots are opening all the time—your RD can give you an up-to-date list upon arrival.

Students have found it useful to bring a laptop for listening to music, watching movies, uploading digital pictures, listening to recorded classes, and doing language exercises.
