Russian Language and Area Studies Program
Summary
If you have been studying Russian for at least two years, this is the program for you. RLASP will strengthen your Russian speaking, listening, reading and writing skills through intensive course-work, internships and volunteer work, peer tutors and housing with a Russian host family. Programs are available during the summer, semester or academic-year in St. Petersburg, Vladimir or Moscow.

Summary
Think of this program as Russian Language and Culture 101. A five-week Russian area studies program in Moscow, Contemporary Russia combines a Russian area-studies curriculum taught in English with Russian language classes at all levels. No previous knowledge of Russian language or culture is required.

Do you want to advance your career potential by concentrating on the language of Russian on the business level? This program combines a specialized curriculum for business Russian and a 10-hour per week internship with U.S. or Russian businesses in Moscow or St. Petersburg. Available in Moscow or St. Petersburg, the Russian Heritage Speakers Program is an individualized program that will strengthen your Russian skills and address any problem areas you might have whether it is reading, writing, listening, speaking or grammar.

Summary
Are you working as a K-12- or university-level Russian teacher? Are you a graduate student studying to become a Russian teacher? The Summer Russian Language Teachers Program provides full-fellowship support for graduate students and teachers of Russian to study Russian literature, language, culture, and second language pedagogy at Moscow State University for a six week summer session.
